How do you modify single items with effects and the contents of a single chest in Oblivion for pc?
Q. I am modding Oblivion and was wondering how to modify a single item without changing every item similar to it in the game. Also, I wanted to know how to put items into a chest so it would only be in that chest and not every chest. How can I do this?

A. I haven't modded in a while, but as I remember, what you do is select the chest you want to change in the render window and double click it. When the screen comes up, click "edit base" Change the editor id (ex. moddedchestnumber6) and drag/remove items to the chest, then hit ok, and answer yes when asked if you want to create a new item. The same should apply for weapons, but instead of changing the contents, change the stats.

If someone donates items to my charity do I have to pay taxes on them?
Q. I don't have a 501c3 or anything like that I just collect pet toys, supplies and food from my area and donate them to homeless animals. If someone gives me a donation of toys or food do I have to pay tax on that? I don't accept donations because of the taxes but what about items?

A. The following is based on Federal tax rules, so you should check with your State for their rules. You are not a business. You are simply taking up a collection of donated items and giving them to homeless animals. I do not know where the animals are (on the street, in a shelter). If they are in a shelter, the shelter is probably a not-for-profit. However, another way of classifying these donations is as gifts. The Federal tax code allows any person to give a gift to any other person in an amount of at least $11,000 per year income tax free. It might be more than $11K now. So this means anyone can give you up to $11K per year and you would not have to pay income tax. This is true whether the gift is cash or property (items).

A. Think about gettin a first aid kit, Flash light, emergancy flares, a small Poncho, pocket knife, Pepper spray, cell phone, emergency numbers, Quick air in a bottle (for Flats), Disposable camera (for accidents).
