S-video is a low-quality, low-definition analog video signal from the days of old boob-tube TVs. It cannot go above 1024x768 in resolution, and all the data is jumbled together in one Chroma channel, which gives a fuzzy image. VGA is a high-quality analog signal that transmits color data in three separate channels, Red Green and Blue. And two other channels for H-sync and V-sync. MUCH higher resolution than S-video, much clearer image. To connect to an LCD HDTV, I prefer HDMI or DVI (both use the same digital video signal). Joomla! is code that combines web-based HTML editing with content storage and retrieval (among other things). Of course you could do the same thing in 100 other content management systems too, but you're still talking about reimplementing the site. Now if the goal is only to be able to add *new* content and not manage existing content, you could always install a blog, discussion board, wiki, or even Joomla! in a subsidiary directory, and that would not require rebuilding the existing site other than to link to the new content somewhere. Google technology works on phonic (pronounciation) of the word you type and convert to the translated language with the local script, the translated script appears from db that is why it can appear in non english language. this is a research product and works based on lots of business logic and huge db of different language. You can also develop the same capabilities, but you need to look at the cost effectiveness, cause this project itself is pretty expensive one. You need a translator to build the script in a particular language, or have to load a dictionary with the search capability. Lots of things are there.
